By accessing or using GotReach ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

GotReach is a video marketing platform that enables users to create, edit, caption, and publish video content across various social media platforms. Our services include AI-powered script generation, video captioning, and social media scheduling.

To use certain features of the App, you must:

• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Provide accurate billing information

Refunds are handled in accordance with the app store refund policy through which you made your purchase.

The App uses a points system for certain features. Points:

• Are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Do not expire under the current membership model
• Cannot be refunded once purchased

The App integrates with third-party services such as social media platforms and payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GotReach and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GotReach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GotReach and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or sending you an email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GotReach operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
